Why does it say "Not opened" even though I know they read it?
Some email clients block images by default (especially Outlook in corporate environments). If images aren't loaded, the tracking pixel can't fire. There's no workaround for this.
Why did I get a false open notification?
Apple Mail Privacy Protection (on by default since iOS 15) pre-loads all images at delivery time, which registers as an open. This is an Apple feature we can't distinguish from a real open.
How many emails can I track for free?
