What do the checkmarks mean?
A gray single tick means your email has been tracked and sent but not yet opened. Blue double ticks mean the recipient has opened your email. This follows the same convention used by WhatsApp.
Does DoubleTick detect opens on mobile?
DoubleTick detects opens across devices — desktop, mobile, and tablet. Mobile detection works well in most cases, though some email apps (notably Apple Mail with Privacy Protection) may occasionally cache images locally, which can prevent detection. This is rare but possible with any pixel-based tracker.
Is my email data safe?
Yes. DoubleTick only stores the email subject and recipient address for tracked emails. No email body content is ever read, stored, or transmitted. Tracking data is visible only to you and is not shared with third parties.
